Mattamy Homes has opened the Orchid model home at Mountain Laurel in Concord and two model homes at Waterlynn in Mooresville.

The Woodlands at Davidson announced the addition of three new builders: Artisan Custom Homes, Fine Homes, Inc. and Plattner-Bailey Custom Homes.
