TAMMI BRADY

“Leadership means guiding others to use their specific talents to complete tasks in pursuit of an important goal. Leadership also means being able to provide guidance that ultimately leaves others feeling as though they have accomplished something together they could not accomplished on their own.”

Tammie is extremely active in the community and volunteers for Guardian Ad Litem, Friendship Trays, and even works for the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections on election days. She is a partner with Social Venture Partners and is also the proud founder of “Pancakes for a Purpose,” an annual fundraiser for pancreatic cancer research in memory of her late husband who lost his battle to the disease.

Sophia truly believes in the spirit of volunteerism and giving back! She’s a big supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project, Sherry Strong and a number of cancer research organizations and children’s charities. She’s also active with the Junior League of Charlotte where she serves as Events Chair

During Dana’s spare time, she enjoys cooking, sewing, spending time with family, playing with her 120 lb. puppy, and exploring her adopted home state of NC. She volunteers for the Daughters of the Nile, whose purpose is to raise money for the Shriners Hospitals for Children worldwide.

Bryan works tirelessly to support the efforts and mission of the Housing Opportunity Foundation, the association’s charitable arm. Bryan also assists with the Workforce Housing Certificate Program and serves as the staff liaison for the Fair & Affordable Housing Advisory Group.

Before real estate Julie studied Piano Performance at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, NC.

Jordan is a recent graduate of Clemson University where she studied Financial Management with an emphasis in real estate. She’s also done volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and the Oconee County Human Society.

Marbelia is a native of Venezuela and has been in real estate since 2002, when she worked in new construction. Although she has extensive volunteer background with the association through the Foundation, Diversity Council and Education committees, she assists in her local community with translation and other needs at her church and a free community clinic in Huntersville and Cornelius. She also enjoys raising awareness about the homeless and human trafficking.

Beverly made Charlotte her home in 1999 after moving from Chattanooga, TN. When she is not practicing real estate, Beverly enjoys volunteering her time as an assistant coach with the Charlotte Youth Rowing organization, Charlotte’s first and largest youth rowing travel team.

Michael is a native of Lima, Peru and has a strong background in corporate finance, operations and project management, which makes him a perfect fit for the Association’s Audit Budget & Finance Committee. Michael also has strong ties to the Latin American Coalition where he served as Chairman in 2015 and as a board member and treasurer from 2009-2014. Notably, Michael received the Distinguished Award for Service from the Latin American Coalition in 2015.

Shaleen is passionate about many things, especially real estate and advocacy, but her family is first and foremost. When Shaleen is not with a client, she can be found with family or donating time through her philanthropic efforts to raise awareness for Children with Autism.
