If you have not accessed FUSION™ as an alternative to TEMPO™, you may be missing functionality that can be helpful to your business.
Here are a few new items that you will find in FUSION.
Your FUSION home page consists of gadgets. In TEMPO, they were statics boxes of functions (hot sheets, inventory watch, prospecting, etc.). FUSION gadgets can be minimized, restored, moved and removed. There are some gadgets on the home page that are new to the system:
- Resources — My Side Bar is not available at this time. Until then, you can go to the Resources gadget to access Area Maps, Forms, etc.
- Contacts — Need to access or add a contact quickly? The Contact gadget will take you there without much scrolling.
- Recent Website Activity — As your contacts save information to their gateway websites (notes, favorites, possibilities), this gadget will display the contact’s name and the action performed.
- Fast Find — TEMPO allows you to search by address or MLS#. FUSION has taken it a step further with the location search. FUSION allows you to enter an address (or intersection) and uses this in a radius search.
Your active inventory will now be available under Add/Edit (in addition to the inventory watch on the FUSION home page). All of your options are now on the left side of the window and easy to find (Edit Listing, Map Location, Images, etc.).
As you enter information into your search, there is an automatic count of listings that match your search criteria, at the top of the page. Once you enter your criteria and click on Results, the system will take you directly to the findings with a grid and map.
If you have been around for previous versions of the MLS, when entering client information into the system, the entries were called contacts. Then, they were called prospects; then it was contact/prospects. Now with FUSION we are back to just Contacts!
In Tempo 5, you have a contact manager list that contains your contacts (like a personal address book) and the Prospect manager list of your contacts with active searches. FUSION “fuses” the prospect list and contact list into one area called Contacts. That allows you to see all of your contacts, whether you have an active search attached or not. You can also manage your prospect searches, favorites and possibilities.
Adding a Contact in FUSION gives you to opportunity to attach it to a search and set up notifications (client gateway or listing reports) easily.
